I read last night that an acre of wheat produces 26 bushels of wheat. Each bushel produces 50 pounds of flour. Hmmm, I bet I could grown my own wheat. I definitely wouldn’t need an acre though!!

This is an interesting and thought provoking analysis. I didn’t know you can get that many bushels!
Yes I asked hubby he said about 26 bushels an acre would be right.
I know I’ve seen books and websites on growing grains in your garden.
