Its been a slow start to getting the garden in, but slow is better than never. Just have a few things left to plant and it should be good to go. Hoping to get them all in today before the rain comes again. View

Last year was the first time I ever had a reaction. I got stung on the hand and my whole arm swelled up to my elbow and my mouth and throat started to itch.

Its been like a roller coaster here with the weather. Rainy, cold one day, hot the next… Things are not growing very well right now with this. I have had to transplant some of the tomatoes 3 times now because of either getting frosted, or it rains with high wind and kills them.

Those look really good. I am going to have to try them. I bet they would be good with raspberries in place of the blueberries too.

I nearly grabbed a bumble bee the other day weeding the raised bed. Thankfully I heard it and pulled back. Found out last year I am allergic to bees when I got stung by a hornet.

We have had the same thing here! Tomorrow is suppose to be up to 80, and near 80 on Saturday then back to 58 on Sunday! It’s crazy!!!! I am just getting the garden in here, but have hesitated with the peppers and tomatoes due to the severe changes in temps… We just had frost again the other night!

Most of the snow melted here today. It got to 61 degrees! Tomorrow only 50. The garden is a mud pit. I won’t be getting in there for quite awhile. More rain coming this week and next.
