dehydrated celery and cabbage yesterday. new to this so spent time online yesterday learning of the so many and various things that can be preserved in this way. doing green beans and broccoli today. beef jerky tomorrow. this is going to save me a bundle!!! even thinking of building a bigger(less plastic) dehydrator. hopefully the computer…[Read more]

Hi Vicki, Welcome! One of my little ones used to react badly to gluten and milk as well. For a few years it was a big diet change for us!
No you can’t can rice, but you also can’t can wheat or any other grain starch. But you can go a head and can your meal, then just add the rice when you re heat it. I often will make chicken soup, then…[Read more]
