Heart Drops:

1 Qrt masson jar
15 cloves of garlic
3 Habaneros
1 hunk of ginger, 2 golf balls worth
2 oz of cayenne
100 proof vodka ( I used my owne home made liquer, no chemicals)

Chop and blend Garlic, Habs and Ginger. (Save the booze until last) Add the ingredients to the jar, pour the liquer in until almost full. Let sit in a dark cool place for a couple of weeks. Most of the ingredients have settled and you can now use a baster or dropper to fill a smaller bottle for use. 5 to 10 drops a day is good... Careful now, keep in mind this stuff is hot. I drop it onto the back of my tongue, the back sensors arnt as sensative to the hot as much as the front sensors are. An easier way is to dilute it in clean water. Makes a nice flavour too....

I recently learned and built a still for distilling alkeehol. I use it for making tinctures and the like as well as a chemical free beverage. My most recent was a recipe I learned from an ol mountain man (Popcorn Sutton ) Half and half Alkeehol and raw honey with a few cloves in it, makes an excellent cough syrup. One teaspoon makes a world of difference. Another recipe I have made is "Heart Drops" . Lots of garlic, pepper and ginger make for a good artery cleanse....

Herbals are kind of like food, many of them are food, just stronger for health purposes. Cinnamon will help the tummy, and your digestive tract, [...]

Although I am all for herbally treatments...I strongly recommend people get advice from a reputable person on using and mix
ing herbs. Many are toxic in even small amounts, react with other herbs, medicines and foods. Qualified herbalists are those that have apprentist with herbalists for a significant time or taken courses in the area.
