Sweet Potato Casserol

Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 large Sweet potatos
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 3 TBS butter
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Peel and boil sweet potatoes until tender. Drain and mash.
  2. Combine potatoes, sugar, butter, eggs, milk and vanilla mix well. Put in baking dish.
  3. Mix together brown sugar, flour, 3 tbs butter, and pecans, and sprinkle over potatoes.
  4. Bake 25 min
