Great video. So many things changing daily. Here on the west coast the prices for homes and farms are absolutely crazy!!
It’s nuts and I wish it would change and come down. People cannot afford these prices and people have become greedy. It’s true. And now the changes of the banks will make it even worse. But you are right, people spend and spend on credit and then they are in trouble….there is no one to blame but themselves…and myself (make sure I lump myself in this) LOL.
Congratulations on your realtor license. I hope business picks up for you this spring.

Yes I wish prices would be more set on what the land can produce. Like it used to be!
