LOL :) HURRAY... I dug it out, cleaned it up and dehydrated mushrooms that I had just gotten on sale!! AWESOME test run.... looks like we're in!! I had one years ago, but I don't recall that it worked too well... Seems to me that the oven could do a fine job. Any thoughts???
