Have you looked at Amazon for a bread pan? This is the one we have and I love it! You can even sometimes find a lid for it that makes flat top bread for sandwiches. :-)

I found a Whisper Mill at a yard sale years ago. My husband protested the $50 price, but when I showed him how much they were on the internet he relented. I'm so glad! It has been so nice to have.

Enjoy!

I have a grain mill (Komo Fidibus 21), too, and just LOVE it! I wish I had gone for the mill/flaker combination (Komo Duett 100), though, because using my flaker with the hand base for my oatmeal every morning is a little annoying. But I didn't want to spend that much money then. Oh well... And the Duett looks so pretty, don't you think? http://www.frischmahlen.de/en/mills/duett_100.html

Thanks! I haven't found any local in Canada. We do buy many of our groceries from a store that supplies restaurants. I'll ask them if they might carry it.

For larger bread pans, check a restaurant supply store (or a restaurant supply store online). There are definitely bigger pans out there. I've seen them at our local restaurant supply store. :)

@ Liz:
Hi Liz, I'll try to get to that soon! I do like the family grain mill, but find it a little hard to mill large amounts of flour with it. But my dh has no problems using it!

Lucky you! I have a NutriMill, too. When you have the time (???) , I would appreciate your thoughts comparing your manual mill and the NutriMill. I would like to get a hand grinder for safety's sake -- should we lose power. The only thing I've had trouble with in the NutriMill is grinding Kamut. Had to set it way over toward "2 o'clock" for coarseness to keep from overheating it. Still made fine, fluffy flour, though. Can tell you are already enjoying it!
