John finished the railings on the deck. We had to take the deck completely apart and redo most of it. He added on to it, making it huge and it goes right in front of the garden, but assures me it won’t cast a shadow

I hilled my potatoes this morning. So far that’s the only thing really growing. I have some corn, green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes, and onions going. the package always says to plant the onion sets down 2inches, but that is if you want green table onions. If you want them to big slicing onions you just set them in so that the top is barely showing. I’ve seen some that just place the bottom of the set in the dirt so that it can grow roots as well.

I’ve turned off the program that was causing the errors. So everyone should be able to post in the forum without any trouble. They are working on a fix for the bug and hopefully I’ll be able to turn it back on soon.

Well, the 40% chance of rain we were suppose to have tomorrow has now disappeared. No rain in the forecast now till Sunday and that has changed from 50% to 40%. Looks like I may end up watering after all.
